It will no longer be a "fast" but depends on your end goal. My fast is to keep insulin to near 0. So your soup will not work for me, I eat fat. Butter and coconut oil works for that, not veggies and soup.
Anyway what is bad for 1 may be not too bad for another depending on the goal.
