I am taking Mukta Vati for over 2 years now. My blood pressure was 160/100, now is 127/63. I am 46, I eat health and I am active (swimming 3-5 days/ week). I don't take any other medication, just supplements (vitamins, cod liver oil, primrose oil). I use 1tb in the evening and 1/2tb in the morning. I am very happy I am using them, I wouldn't change them for proper BP medication.
