I'm currently trying the protocol right now. A teaspoon of pure gum + equal amount of castor oil. All I can say is wow, the worms don't like it. I'm getting massive biting in my rear. I probably should have gone for a tablespoon of castor oil in retrospect.

This stuff seems to be highly potent when mixed with castor oil. It even smells / tastes nice too. Very similar to the pine essential oil I use in my burner.

Going to do 4 days, then rest a week and repeat. I'm loving it so far though. I feel cleansed even after just one dose.
