Just wanted to let y'all know how the rest of DAY 2 went. I feel pretty good. My husband ordered a pizza and I sat right next to him while he ate. I have the urge to eat with him, but it wasn't very strong. I had a good night's sleep. I didn't drink as much water as I wanted to. Maybe another 1/4 gallon.

DAY 3's stats: My tongue is a little white, but it did start a bit white before the fast. My skin looks about the same. My weight is 134.3. I woke up thirsty and drank a long sip of water.
