I did my first coconut pulling yesterday and immediately I started having numbness to my lower lip and mychin was swollen and painful all day. I am not allergic to coconut all as I have been using it for many years on my skin. Today my jaw is still swollen and painful. I cannot find anywhere on the Internet of anyone having the same effect. Scared to do another pulling .
