wow!!!thank you for the wonderful words of encouragement. you people really are something. and i will try and be like the turtle, and do it again. i know the first 3-4 days will be the hardest but you are right about being 10-21 days closer to being a healthier happier me, and start undoing all the harm i have done to my poor body over the last year. thank you for being there for me. it means alot. ceyenne queen
