Hi friend! Glad to here about your progress, the other benefits are important for me also. I am psichologist and started to feel miserable about mi body image and my selfsteam, I didnt want to go to the street because I didnt want to see anybody because it was obvius that I was muc more fat, I didnt make up or buy clothes....For me, my profession is very important and I could not work with my patiens motivation, selfsteam, and aims in life any more. My benefits or fasting, as you see includes professional goals.
