I'm on 37.5mg Tri-Iodine, working up to 50mg soon. I've been doing salt loading and have not had much in the way of detox symptoms. Trying to get the magnesium and Vit. C in there, too, I've taken to adding a heaping tablespoon of Calm magnesium citrate and 1000mg powdered Vitamin C to the water in which I have dissolved 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt . I make sure that there's a total of 12-16 oz water in this drink. I know that the original salt loading protocol calls for drinking the dissolved salt followed by 12-16 oz filtered water. Is there anything wrong with mixing all three items together? I think it's delicious and I just keep feeling better and better. I just don't know if the salt would affect the magnesium citrate powder in such a way as to turn it into something else!
