Hi guys. I'm on a Water Fast and currently on day 7. I'm very happy with how it has been going and my progress. I made a mistake today. I was making dinner for my wife and out of habit I accidentally ate a peice of fettuccine because this is what I always to do check for doneness. I quickly realised my mistake but it was too late. I pretty pissed with myself. Can anyone yell me how this will affect my fast? Will this one noodle kicky my body out of ketosis?
