I have to stay at home today since I look like I have been beaten ;)

It seems that the skin that was already irritated before I applied the solution and now I have crusts and skin peeling off everywhere.

I assume that this is the consequence of the apoptotic action Iodine might have on infected or damaged cells. The skin on my face was irritated before, because I removed some blackheads besides the nose and whiteheads on cheeks - that I know - and now suddenly all irritated cells died and this lead to the crusting and skin peeling off.

I will try the coconut oil, I still have some at home. Tomorrow I *have to* look human again...
