OK I had a big LC meal today and have likely a few more days of it, too much food is sitting around. Has to get eaten. The basic idea is to end all the eating with my greens maybe Wednesday. I am then hoping to dry fast a few days and then Water Fast till I get my skin tags gone. I hope it works out. Then I'll break it with harvested greens a few days. Then get to the Low carb stage. Hope getting to 135 or so will get rid of the grab's of fat.
