Hi!!! I finished the 6th day and going on!!! Yesterday I had a Meeting with all my family and best friends... at home!!! Here every meeting is eating and my brother cooked a Portuguese rice with prawns and seafood and much more and I was strong in of to eat just water. I am in cetosis and I know because my mouth is trash and I did the test. I feel much lighter, I am sure, but I don't want to know how much I weight because I will do then everyday and with anxiety is imposible for me keep the fasting.
Thanks for asking me, it is nice know that somebody thought in my project, it has to be a big change and I think every day that the benefits are much bigger than the hunger
Really I am not hungry, but I would eat for the taste and bite..., but still here
