Hello, I would like to begin 30 day water fast. Is following plant based diet prior to fasting really that important? Whats the difference if I ate just fast food for 2 weeks prior in comparison to clean healthy diet? I want to know how far superior healing would get. As I am determined to do a long one I want to get out of it the best I can. Thanks
