Not sure how to post without replying on the thread. I made it through last night and I really appreciate both of your support. Today was a hard day. We had a work BBQ with so much amazing food. I somehow managed to abstain. I guess the thought of digging into meat right now kind of scares me because I don't want to hurt my body.

I woke up this morning lighter again. Down 16 pounds and feeling pretty good. Thanks for the tips on helping with the reflux.
