Hey ya'll. I'm going to be starting a Water Fast starting tomorrow. I weighed myself this morning and the scale read 240. I'm 5'11" with a medium build. My BMI is something like 35%. I'm trying to drop down to 120 by the end of this year. Do you think this is possible? Also, do any of you have any tips or tricks that will help me stay focused?
