I've been using avocado oil and I think it definitely has accelerated my peeling. I have stopped this week to see if it will change it's cycle. Are you going to try to condition your lips somehow? Cause I know my lips are splitting due to lack of moisture and elasticity. Also, when I was using olive and avocado oil it seems to make the sheets bigger. I was using Shea butter all last year and while they we're not as bad as now each year somehow my condition continually spreads and becomes thicker. I do think it's due to a combination fungi, stress, and comprehensive damage.
