Hi Inma And Heartofahippy Congratulations On Both Of Your Fasts. I Havent Been Hungry Since Day 4 And I'm Reaping A Ton Of Benefits- Glowing, More Flawless Looking Skin, My Face Is Alot Smaller, My Stomach Is Getting Flatter, I've Dropped 24 pounds And I've Been Exercising A Bit Everyday, My Energy Levels Are Rising As I'm Feeling The High Of Fasting, I've Been Dry Brushing Every Other Day And Soaking In The Tub And I'm Loving My Results. Sometimes I Do Feel Quite Sick But It's Usually At Bedtime That I Feel Nauseous. I Might Not Have To Fast For The Full 90 Days Due To These Results And I Won't Stop Till I Reach My Goal.I Will Be Sure To Post More Often, I Was Taking A Mini Break From Technology. I Wish You Both The Best. Keep Going!
