Hi, I'm 27 years old. I've been researching fasting for a while. I've also been eating soft foods this week so far and will do liquids only until beginning my fast this Sunday May 7. I have my mind set on fasting for 30 days, I'm interested in all benefits really from weight loss to mental to spiritual. I feel that doing this and succeeding is imperative but I would feel more comfortable taking this on if I had an accountability buddy and someone to share my experiences with. Would prefer someone 23+ years of age. Let me know!!
