It doesnt matter if its too much carbs in my last meal....plant based foods r helpful no mattter the macronutrients. Ive watched mord than enough documentaries and have done my research over the years and have gotten fasting info from top nutritionists and well known fasters. Please do not troll my forum post. I dont eat meat products in no way is animal meat beneficial to human health.
