Thanks for sharing. Was your fast a long one? I know that many people who have anorexia nervosa actually can live for a long time with malnutrition. I just worry about certain symptoms that are different from previous water fasts. I tried to fast and after a day I was having tingling in my extremities. I may try a month of getting lots of vitamins. I just don't even know if that would be enough to help seeing how my diet has been fine and then suddenly I have deficifiences, which I suspect is due to the lyme.
