Thank you for your input archus. Hopefully you stay with me on my journey as i post my updates as i know your very familiar and knowledgable in this field. If i have to do more than this fast to get what i want then after the first fast ill probably do 3 months of plant based stock up on nutrition and a break from fasting and start a second.



Messed up bad today. They had a anniversary celebration at work today and they had a party potluck and was pressured alot to dig in and i indulged. Anyhow im starting my 14-30 day fast again and im finishing my shift and i got the next 2 days off so i just gotta stay strong and resilient.
