It could be fungal. You could try eatting yogurt to balance the yeast. If it irritates things. I take alkaseltzer to neutralize things. If it is over growth stay away from refined Sugar and carbs. You can do a black tea sitz bath for the itching. And order alcohol free witch hazel on line. Both black tea and witch hazel should help the itching.anti persperant on a piece of toilet paper can help too.
