My hair is at 32.5" now, crazy long! I decided to grow it even longer because my curl can make it much shorter.

It's been incredible how just a couple of years ago, my hair was so thin, I was going to chop it all off! It just shows how thick, shiny hair is a direct reflection of your health.

When I was sick, my body used all it's resources to heal me, taking away from my hair. But with my body doing so much better, my hair gets a big boost.

The majority of sickness is autointoxification. We have so much acidity in our bodies, that we literally deplete all our minerals. Those minerals are needed in abundance to grow great hair. The more junk (toxins) that you get out of your system, the more beautiful your hair will be!
