Thank you for your input, the support goes a long way. Also i should probably add that i am 28 years old male and 5'9 so i definately have enough weight tp fast. Back when i was in good shape i was 160 lbs. The weight loss is just one benefit of the fast even tho i know ill put back on alot of the weight when i resume eating again. When im done i plan on incorporating fruits and vegetable and fruit juice then as my digestive fire is up to speed again i will live a life of whole plant based foods.
