14 day from 208 is definitely doable.
Others who know a lot more than I do will chime in I'm sure.
I did a 20 day from 160 or so. Ended at 148 in the dead of winter too. Only days I had trouble was days 15-16. Had a lot of activity too, desk job, but I was running around picking up stuff from a friend who was basically giving away a lot of stuff cos he was dying from lung cancer. So desk job 9-5 and 5-9 mad driving and picking up heavy stuff.
