Learn about Elimination-Rotation Diet and about Blood Type Diet .

Apply that knowledge to find out what foods you eat is causing constipation.

Once you cure constipation, your odor may disappear.

If I were you, I would definitively eliminate all milk, for start, and eat more vegetables and fruit like apples instead .
