i can know for sure that there is no gluten slipping into my diet because i have taken it the abolute extreme.
i dont eat processed junk foods, dont eat out, dont let people cook for me, dont eat oats, dont eat quinoa, check every label, got all new kitchen utelsils, toaster, blender etc. have checked every beauty product. im a perfectionist and i've spent the last 9 months cutting out every possible source of cross contamination to ensure that is not what is stopping me from getting better.
i am aware there are many causes of villi damage. there is a whole list here at 5.8 "Differential diagnosis"

however my blood test results were so extremely positive for celiac disease every doctor i have seen has said they have never seen antibody levels so high.
those levels (ttg iga, ttg igg, dgp iga dgp igg) have slowly come down the the normal range over the past 9 months which means i am responding well, my body isn't producing any new antibody and no gluten is sneaking in.
doubting my celiac diagnosis is probably the worst thing i could do.
i am getting results tomorrow from a specialist to find out what else is causing me to be sick.
thank you for the other suggestions. i might start taking multivitamins on top of the ones iwas deficient in since i am not taking vitamin a
