Psoriasis is an autoimmune reaction. It is caused by leaky gut. Undigested food particles get into the bloodstream and cause the immune system to fight it as an invader. The immune cells will also attack healthy tissue in the process. Candidiasis is a leading cause of leaky gut but not the only cause. Gluten can also cause leaky gut and therefore psoriasis.
