Hi Archus!

Thank you so much for responding. Is there anywhere you would recommend I go to get more info on these flushes and detoxes? I honestly wouldn't even know where to begin.

Also, how long would you recommend to do a Water Fast for? As far as food goes, I recently started buying all organic to see if that helped and also a candida free diet. I think the Water Fast is the next best step to take at this point.
