I am sorry to hear that you had to break your fast. I am also disappointed that you had to resort to Antibiotics . Turmeric would have been an ideal thing to consume for strep throat. Also Salt water gargles and H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) would have helped.

Don't beat up your self. These things happen.

I hope you know that Antibiotics will kill all your bad and good bacteria in the gut. Which has a huge domino effect. So please after you finish your course of Antibiotics , eat Kefir, Kimchi, Yogurt, and Sauerkraut everyday.


Hope you feel better soon.

There is always time to fast again.
