I am planning to start the cleanse on Sunday morning. I tried the laxative tea last week and it made me very nauseated, crampy and had diarrhea for 3 days. I only steeped it for 30-40 seconds and only took 4 sips because I knew it had a somewhat bad effect on me. Any comments on taking a laxative pill instead of the tea?
