So u lost 37 kg? I am doing what u are doing but without the coffee yet im not losing weight. How long did it take u to do it? and do u think bone broth is ok? I usually take only if I feel very tired.

Last question, you are talking about not eating fast during fasting right? but after I break the fat and do the keto diet, I could eat fast as the whole diet is based on fat.
