you sound very knowledgeable and i have personally taken your advice in the past concerning iodine, but with all respect i was wondering why you were not able to prevent a heart attack knowing what they don't want us to know?

for example did you take a lot of potassium supplements in the past to balance the extra sodium in the typical American diet, or forgot?
