I am intrigued to read about your use of pineapple juice. I have been terrified of anything sugary and haven't touched a morsel of fruit in any form for over 18 months...no carbs either except those in veg and nuts. I have been toying with the idea of adding oat bran or something because I feel that something is missing. Do you eat carbs in moderation?
