Im pretty sure that I got this from lip picking and I believe that they would heal by themselves, if I moisture them and don't peel, eat healthy and exercise, and if I quit smoking while this process I would actually be grateful :) waiting for weather to start running. My strategy for now is leaving my lower lip alone, and peeling upper while i feel the crusts are too big, but not using my teeth, Sugar mixed with olive and honey in the evening, so i can imidiatelly put something on them to make sure no bateria gets in there. We will see how it goes, im trying to change my attitude about this condition, people got worse problems, i wont ruin my life cause of this, i think it can actually make you a stronger person.
