Hi. I have decide fast for 10 weeks, starting next Sunday. I always have been fat and I did so many water fasting, feeling myself so good. My normal weight is 75 kilos, but now, after a few months feeling myself miserable I weight 90 kilos. 2nd on July I will travel to NYC for a month of holidays and change my mind from my normal life in Spain. It is important for me loose at least 25 kilos and feel better with myself. I need a lot of support.
If you like, we can do it together, support ourselves.
