I just realized a new problem for me I did careful examination of my diet sure its low Sugar no fast food and juicing n that good stuff but I may be under eating when it comes to "fats" smh protein intake may not be great and enough either but fat intake for sure is a problem I'm gonna work on getting 100% fat n protein daily
