For all the people that posted a reply - they still never answered your questions about how much to take/how much per day and if you need to take a break etc.

I did 2 weeks of Black-Walnut /woodworm/cloves along with a liver cleanse and coffee enemas with much success. I am on a week break and thought trying DE would be good next.

I hear that they get used to stuff.

Anyone know amounts, frequency and breaks required?
