Does anyone else here suffer with very swollen and irritated lips in the morning? My lips always seem worse in the morning and tend to feel less irritated as the day goes on. Also, what sleeping position do people here adopt?
I find it really difficult to sleep on my back and tend to like sleeping on my front. However, this is proving difficult with crusted lips so I just tilt my head to the side and sleep with a travel pillow. I'm thinking of trying to train myself to sleep on my back with my head elevated with a wedge pillow to see if it will make a difference.
