Hello everyone!

I'm on day 14 of a Water Fast and things have been going very well! However, 3 days ago I woke up with a swollen uvula. No pain, no inflammation, no redness, nothing. Just a uvula full of fluid and about three times it's normal size.

At first I figured it's probably due to the acid reflux I had been experiencing during the fast (especially while sleeping) and I assumed it would heal and go away soon. Well, it's going on 4 days now and I'm wondering, should I attempt to do something about it?

As I said, I'm not experiencing any pain or feeling ill in any way. And I'd like to not interrupt my fast if at all possible.

Are there any fast-friendly natural remedies I can implement?

Any advice is much appreciated! Thank you!
