Thank you I kept reading that preg might benefit me because of all the inflammation I had for a year and the preg steal and that I would naturally make dhea by taking magnesium which I'm doing

Another thing is I take an adrenal b complex with Herb but one thing I noticed there is no folate in it kinda strange what i take now is

Vitamin c calcium ascorbate
B complex
Magnesium
Zinc picolinate
Gtf chromium
Vitamin d

Triple leaf detox tea
Ordering dragon herb tea tomorrow (adaptogen tea)


Something tells me I need hormones in this plan seems like stress depletes everything minerals vitamims hormones
