In a potato hack, you only eat potatoes. Spices are allowed but discouraged. Its a reset for your taste buds and appetite etc.
I have been eating vegan and either very good or just my traditional food.
I am timing the potato hack wrong I am sure, because I need to fast after that, which always is easier when you're LCHF. However I need to finish the experimenting when my wife is still here. She's going to India for 2 months from june 6 so I need to know what dry fasting does to me, PH, etc etc. I cant experiment when she's in India. If I keel over, I'd not even be found for 2 months then.
