Thank you Bettieblue, I just now saw your post. That sounds terrible, I hope you get better. I have been on a strict diet of vegetables, organic tofu, nuts & seeds, green tea and water for a few months now. Nothing else. It's been the same for 2 years but I was eating legumes before and had to stop that a few months ago. All carbs other than vegetables are out of the question. We'll really know how to appreciate normal life after this is over for sure. I dream of the days when I can just eat bread or fruit!
