Hi, I've Decided That Tomorrow Is The Day To Begin My 90 Day Water Fast. I've Fasted Before For 30 Days and That Was 2 Years Ago. I've Gained So Much Weight And My Health Began Decreasing As A Result Of Binge Eating To Deal With PTSD And Traumatic Events That I've Been Through. I Weigh About 260 pounds At The Moment, I'm Only 21 And 5'7"- This Has Diminished My Quality Of Life And I've Put So Many Things On Hold Due To It. I'm Tired Of Feeling Like A Disappointment, A Girl Who Has So Much Potential Who Let Heartache, Abuse, Rape And Neglect Stand In Her Way Of Accomplishing Goals And Living Life. I Haven't Left My House In About 5 Weeks, I Won't Let Anything Stand In My Way Anymore. I Am Completing This 90 Day Fast, I Want More Clarity Mentally and Spiritually, I Will Get Back My Pristine Physique And Health , I Will Be Better Than I Was Before. I Will Water Fast With Purified Water And A Raw Vegan Supplement That Contains All Of The Nutrients I Need So That This Fast Won't Deplete Me. After My Water Fast I Will Juice Fast And Be A Raw Vegan/ Fruitarian Because That's What Works Best For Me. I Will To Get Rid Of Psoriasis, Perfect My Vision, Fade Scars, Better My Health, Cleanse And Repair My Mind And Body And Get Back To Ideal Body Weight Of 112lbs (-120lbs). I Have Done My Research And No One Can Convince Me Not To Complete This Fast. I Only Seek Inspiration And A Fasting Buddy Or Support. You Can Email Me Or Message Me Privately.
