That dry fast went swimmingly. But didn't go anywhere as long as planned.
OK now I am eating good healthy raw and in fact vegan food till sunday. Then 5 days of potato hack.
I was thinking of going Low carb a few days then on to a fast. May just go water and fat. Dry fast in summer seems pretty hard. I've got a few days to think this through. I'll post back about it.
