Here's a quote from MH on one of his older posts.

"if a human was a fruit air ian and never ate anything commercial, never touched meat, then yes, I would say avoid the egg...but if you eat a commercial anything food source, the egg would be a choice above all meat products.

No one can argue that the egg or any animal is a human food, but I know eating natural raise chicken eggs is better than meats, dairy, commercial grains, corn syrup foods, etc..."
