I use 00 veggie caps. 22 drops fit. I use 5%lugols solution. I started at 12 drops daily. And increased 5 drops a week. At 33 drops i found i run efficiently. I felt a certain burn so im leveling off here for now. But i would increase until u feel a detox. But listen to your body. I found the more severe symptoms came at lower doses like 4-8 drops. Thyroid conditions need alot more than most. I support with bee pollen selenium, niacin, b12, Himalayan salt.

Adrenal support and borax.
