I started with 12 drops of Lugols 5% solution inside veggie caps. 800mg of non flush free niacin, 120mg of b12,400mg of selenium, and a 00 cap of Himalayan salt.
And moved up 5 drops every week, i stop for about a month but currently back up to 32 drops daily with no detox syptoms. Im also on Dr Daniels Turpentine cleanse 2x a week.
I found i only had detox symptoms at a lower level of Iodine intake.
