Hi Archus,

Thank you for responding with your input. I'm thinking the same as you, seems a little much after an extended fast. I actually broke my fast today with mostly vegetable juice with a little bit of apple for taste. Tomorrow same thing.Thursday will be the sane except I'll be adding bone broth and some light fruit. Yes I'm so happy she's doing this with me now... makes life a lot easier ;)
