You're not making things worse. This is just how it goes. Detox comes in waves, and sometimes it feels awful and you just want to make it stop. Then you get a break and think, Hey, I did it. And it starts again. You needed that generous amount of Iodine -- you totally did the right thing. You don't want that muck stuck in your breasts forever!! The more you clear, the more you'll need a higher dose of Iodine to keep it coming.
